Due to popular demand Defense-Wise is expanding its Kickboxing program.
Classes are now Wednesdays and Fridays
from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Check out our kickboxing page for enhanced program options.
Defensewise will be hosting the next Master Black Belt class
Sunday, January 29th - Theme of this class is "Aspects of Alignment"
Note: Master Classes are limited to black belt students only
