Children will develop balance, coordination, focus, strength and flexibility while learning basic blocks, strikes, kicks and maneuvers in this 6 week introductory class. They will also learn some beginner self defense techniques in the art of Ed Parker's Kenpo. This is all taught in a positively fun, structured environment while promoting respect, effort, discipline, self confidence and leadership. Have your child come learn skills that will last a lifetime!
