Sensei Debra S. Ripsz - Chief Instructor – Certified 5th Degree Master Black Belt. Debra has 27 years Martial Arts training with 19 years of teaching experience. She has studied three different Kenpo systems and continues to take lessons with an 8th Degree Master. She also attends seminars and international karate camps with other Black Belts from around the world. She has participated in nationally rated tournaments as a Competitor and Judge. She works full time as a New Products Program Manager at 3Com.

Vin Sensei Vin – Sr. Instructor, Certified 4th Degree Black Belt. Vin has 26 years of Martial Arts training with 19 years of part time teaching experience. He has studied three different Kenpo systems and continues to take lessons with an 8th Degree Master. He works full time for the Town of Grafton.

Ann Sensei Ann Morreale - Certified 3rd Degree Black Belt. Ann has 18 years Martial Arts training with 7 years of part time teaching experience. She has studied three different Kenpo systems and has several years experience in Shorin-Ryu. She works full time as a Veterinarian Technician at the MetroWest Veterinarian Clinic in Milford.

Rick Sensei Rick LeDoux - Certified 2nd Degree Black Belt. Rick has 8 years Martial Arts training with 3 years of part time teaching experience. He works full time as VP of Operations at Protium Technologies in Marlboro.

Maria Sensei Maria Plante - Certified 2nd Degree Black Belt. Maria has 10 years Martial Arts training with 4 years of part time teaching experience. She works full time as Assistant Compliance Officer at Brown Lisle Cummings in Rhode Island.

Chuck Sensei Chuck Bohaboy - Certified 2nd Degree Black Belt. Chuck has 9 years Martial Arts training with 5 years part time teaching experience. He works full time as Superintendant of Sewers for the Town of Grafton.

Molly Molly Wyman - Certified 2nd Degree Black Belt - Assistant Instructor. Molly has 10 years training experience and has been an Assistant Instructor for 2 years.

Nik Nik LeDoux - Certified 1st Degree Black Belt. Nik has 6 years Martial Arts training and recently joined the Defense-Wise Black Belt Team. He recently graduated from WPI and is currently pursuing his Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
