- We wish to add additional days and times to our Yoga schedule. Please contact us with your suggestions. A minimum of 5 students is required to add a class.
Tranquil Flow (Slow Flow Vinyassa) Yoga with Instructor Donna Onacki:

Donna Onacki has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for over 14 years. She received her Viniyoga certification through Fitness Resources. She has trained with Shiva Rae
and taken classes with David Swenson. Her favorite practices are any style of vinyassa yoga, yin yoga, kundalini, and restorative yoga.
She began her Pilates practice with Stott Pilates and received her certification from the Physical Mind Institute based out of New York. She also cross trained in
Power Pilates.
Her Yoga Flow class focusses on the alignment of postures and the mindful intention of each. The primary sequences of postures such as the Sun Salutations are
also part of this class. Progressions from beginner levels of the posture to the more advanced are included in the instruction of the class.
Modifications are given regularly making this class a good choice for any level practitioner.
Class schedule: 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. - Monday - Basic Yoga
